Next, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Startup Challenge: an annual competition designed for young, promising start-ups to get noticed and compete for a chance to win $100,000 in cash and credits. Congratulations to Charles Torres of Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt. Charles, an early SOS member, was just named Attorney of the Year by the New York Enterprise Report, a publication aimed at helping New York entrepreneurs grow their businesses. I know some of you know him, since Charles is one of the attorneys who responds to legal questions that are posted here and the firm is very startup-friendly.
